It is a two-storey house in the very centre of the town, and
it has 3 rooms, a kitchen, two WCs with a shower. Up to 9 people
can stay in the house. If more people want to stay, it is possible
to book rooms in the neighbouring hotel (the price is 35 EUR
for a room for 2 persons).
1st storey:
- a living room (with a pull-out double sofa), plasma TV
103 cm, satellite receiver (Astra), DVD and CD players, a small
collection of DVD movies and music records, a fireplace furnace.
- a kitchen (an electric range, a microwave oven, an
electric teapot, a toaster, an espresso-machine, a fridge
with a freezer, a dishwasher, dishes)
- shower and WC
2nd storey:
- a bedroom (3 separate sleeping-places, it is a communicating
room)
- a living room (2 pull-out double sofas)
- WC and shower
The house is in the very centre of the Metnitz mountain
town, by the main square.
Location - Metnitz A9363, Austria. There are several
restaurants and hotels in the town, 2 banks, 2 shops, a fuel
filling station, a school and a church. People are very nice
and kind there.
You can park your car in the main square or by the church (approximately 50 m
from the house). |
